STL Rams Players Protest Ferguson Verdict


Five players for the St. Louis Rams protested the verdict in Ferguson by standing in a “hands-up-don’t-shoot” pose before the game Sunday. The St. Louis Police Officers Association asked the NFL to punish the players for a display that was “tasteless, offensive and inflammatory.” While the NFL has declined to fine the players, the SLPOA has warned of repercussions and a “Boycott St Louis Rams” Facebook page has garnered thousands of likes. Should the players be punished?
